Delivery times

Most popular articles from our collection have a delivery time of 1 to 2 business days, giving you the most popular items in the house may have quickly.

Shipping multiple items

When you order multiple items at once we do our best, if possible, all in 1x with you to deliver. The delivery of your entire order will be equal to that of the item with the longest lead time. If you prefer to all articles independently to obtain supplies you can make this known to our customer.

For orders shipped to an address abroad are longer delivery times.


Shipping Order

Our orders are delivered by TNT Post and GLS. If a shipment because the format does not fit through the letterbox or a value higher than € 25.00 represents, as the parcel sent by GLS. Parcels are generally delivered later in the day than the mailbox. At a post office box does NOT GLS package. We advise you to order with a PO Box address to use but not a regular address. Delay in shipment

In your account you can see if your order is shipped or still being processed.

Delivery time expired, Article unsent

An order is (partially) canceled

An article or an order can be canceled for several reasons.
